Rainfall warning ends in Montreal

A rainfall warning issued by Environment Canada ended Sunday afternoon. For the second time in a month, protests are held in the north of Montreal over LGBTQ2S+ inclusive education in response to a rainfall warning. The rallies, under the banner of 1 Million March 4 Children Children, were held across the country and across the U.S. calling for the elimination of the "sexual orientation and gender identity curriculum" and the removal of what organizers call “the sexual orientation and identity curriculum’s” curriculum. Counter-protestors, on the other hand, argue that the group is spreading anti-LGBTQ2S+. rhetoric and misinformation under the guise of saving children.
